Born from first-hand experience.

FreGo was founded in January 2026 by people from logistics and technology backgrounds — backed by Idmaa Private Limited, a Mumbai-based FMCG distribution company with experience in supply chain, logistics and B2B distribution.

The founding team identified a critical gap: Many Indian transporters still run daily operations on WhatsApp, phone calls and paper, and many software tools are not built around India's compliance needs.

FreGo was built ground-up from day one — treating Indian operational reality as the design specification. Built around Indian compliance from the start.

To make every Indian transporter — from a 5-truck operator to a 500-truck network — operate with greater efficiency, visibility and compliance.

The Problem Identified
The founders, backed by Idmaa Private Limited, identify a gap in software built around Indian PTL/FTL compliance. The idea for FreGo takes shape.
January 2026 — Founded
FreGo Logitech Pvt. Ltd. Incorporated
FreGo officially launches in January 2026. Core team assembled. Operations Module, E-Way Bill, E-Invoice (IRN), Billing, and Vendor Payments all architected and built from ground up.
2026 — Platform Live
All Modules Available
Complete platform launch — FreGo App, FreGo Comply, FreGo Track, FreGo Connect, FreGo Mobile all live and available for Indian transporters.
